A legal disclaimer

By booking or receiving services from Kingz Detailing, you agree to the following terms:

Service Limitations: While we strive for excellence, results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, scratches, oxidation, or imperfections. Paint correction and ceramic coatings may improve appearance but are not a substitute for repainting or bodywork.
Liability: Kingz Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to paint defects, upholstery wear, electrical issues, or mechanical failures. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any sensitive or damaged areas prior to service.
Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before service. Kingz Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
Mobile Services: For mobile detailing appointments, the customer must provide a safe and accessible location with adequate space and permission to perform services. Kingz Detailing reserves the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
Weather & Scheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly and work to accommodate a new time.
Payment & Cancellation: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service cost.
Use of Products: We use professional-grade detailing products and techniques. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate accommodations.
Photography & Marketing: We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your vehicle featured, please notify us prior to service.
