Refund Policy

At Kingz Detailing, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, we’ve established the following refund and cancellation guidelines:

  • Full Refund Eligibility:
    Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their appointment at least 24 to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.

  • Same-Day Cancellation Grace Period:
    If you need to cancel on the day of your appointment, you must notify us no later than 3 hours before your scheduled time to qualify for a refund.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
    Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment, or failure to show up, will result in a non-refundable charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Rescheduling:
    We’re happy to reschedule your appointment with proper notice. Rescheduling within the allowed timeframes (above) will not incur any fees.

  • How to Cancel or Reschedule:
    Please contact us via phone, text, or email to cancel or reschedule. Your cancellation is only confirmed once you receive a response from Kingz Detailing.
